There are many urban legends about him
Someone believes that he was the teacher of Kira and Killer Zero.
Someone says that he lives for centuries.
Someone claims that he is able to destroy targets in broad daylight.
That the last thing his victim sees is a fog that fills everything around.
Nobody knows which is true.
Because none of those who faced him survived
